Assessment Center Overview

Organizations compete fiercely in the war for talent. Many invest an enormous amount of money, time, and other resources in recruitment, placement, and promotion strategies to select the best candidates. This is because today’s managers understand that one of the most important resources in organizations—if not the most important—is human resources. The assessment center is the most recent technique that is used to help organizations in taking vital manpower decisions (such as promotion, developing a training plan, succession planning…etc.).

Objective

Conduct complete 360 degrees assessment for candidates to ensure the selection of the most suitable fit for the required job.

Assessment centers for First and Second line sales managers, marketing professionals and other positions either managerial or leadership.

A variety of activities/tools are used upon the needed objective and nature of the title:

  • Group Discussion

  • In Tray Exercise

  • Case Study & oral Presentation

  • Role Plays

  • Verbal and numerical tests

Work Phases and Implementation Plan
  • Reporting findings and results will be ready within seven working days after running AC workshop.

  • The report will include:

  1. Assessor selection decision.

  2. A narrative report that describes the competencies (and their levels) of each participant.

  3. Development recommendations for each participant.

  4. Any important relevant findings and recommendations.
